Parting Gifts
Parting Gifts is a reflection on family legacy, what is left behind, and how culture is passed down. As the last person in my family’s generation and the granddaughter of Greek immigrants, I began questioning what will I pass down if I have no heirs? Through this body of work, I strive to preserve the last remnants of my family’s history while simultaneously interpreting this history through my artistic practice.
